| Technical specification | Insulating and flexible high-temperature blanket, made of low biopersistence fibers and is specifically designed for passive fire protection appications. Dimensions: - Double layer: 50mm + 50mm; length 3,660mm and width 610mm (single roll); - The outermost layer will be in the "bare" version while the inner layer will be in the Foil version, characterized by the presence of an aluminum foil on one face of the mat - Installation: - It will have to be done through the use of AISI 304 steel rack anchors and related clips (recommended: no. 20 anchors per m2 for the walls and 26 for the vault); - The mats will have to be placed side by side so as to compress them by 10mm, the second layer will have to be installed so as not to create direct lines of passage, thus staggering the joints. - The structure shall be fully protected from the weather. - Backup 290 m2, inner layer 295 m2 calculated considering 25.5 m2 total increased by 5 and 7% respectively for off-cuts. - Characteristics: - Non-combustible according to IMO FTP Code Part 1; - Classified A1 according to EN 13501-1; - Thin and lightweight system; - Flexible shape, increased maneuverability; - Inorganic fibers; - Contains no binders; - Do not generate fumes or fumes when exposed to heat; |
